How to cancel the order
You can cancel your order until it goes out for delivery and the order status changes to “deliver by courier”

*If your order has already been delivered and you decide to cancel it, please contact our support team via chat at wee.ae or email help@wee.ae.

To do that - go to the Order History in your profile.


Find your order in the Order History list and click on its number.


Click Cancel order


*If your order has already been transferred to the courier, the “Cancel order” button will be disabled because the courier is already on his way to you. In this case, you can cancel the order upon receipt or contact our support team via WEE chat or by sending your request to help@wee.ae
